Return Process
Thank you for submitting your return request. You can follow the steps below to send your item back to us.
Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item through our returns process and place a new order.
Prepare your item
Before sending it back, please double-check that your item meets our return conditions. This helps us process your refund quickly with no delays. If we decide your return does not meet our conditions, we may not refund your order.
We recommend using a tracked service to return your item.

What Can Be Approved as a Return
Your item must meet all of the following:

Unworn & unwashed
-
In original condition - no marks, stains, perfume, makeup, or pet hair
-
All tags attached and packaging where possible
-
Returned within 14 days of delivery
-
Not listed as non-returnable (see below)
If your item meets these conditions, it will be accepted once it reaches us.
What Cannot Be Approved
We’re unable to accept returns that show:

Wear, washing, or damage
-
Removed or missing tags
-
Stains, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume or other scents
-
Pet hair or clear signs of use
-
Items received outside the 14-day window
If an item arrives back and doesn’t meet the above conditions, the return will be declined.
We’ll email you with the reason and you can choose to:

Have the item returned to you, or
-
Allow us to responsibly dispose of it.
3. Package your return

Place it back in its original packaging if possible

Include your name, order number, and return reason inside the parcel

Seal securely

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your parcel arrives with us, we’ll inspect it within a few days.
If your return meets the conditions:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to release the funds
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item was damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos so we can resolve things quickly.
Faulty/incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
