Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition
-
Returned with all tags and packaging intact

Free from marks, stains, or signs of wear
Inspection on Arrival
When your return reaches our warehouse, it will be carefully reviewed against our return conditions.

If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If your return does not meet the conditions (for example, if it has been worn, washed, or damaged), the return will be cancelled. We will email you with the reason why.
In this case, you can choose to have the item:

Sent back to you at your original delivery address (postage may apply), or

Responsibly disposed of by us.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to help resolve the issue. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
