Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if your plans change, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to Return Your Order

  • Scan the QR code on the card included with your order, or visit account.leavebynine.co.uk

  • Sign in with the email address you used at checkout to request your return

  • Our concierge team will guide you through the rest

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all tags and packaging intact

  • Free from marks, stains, or signs of wear

Inspection on Arrival

When your return reaches our warehouse, it will be carefully reviewed against our return conditions.

  • If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • If your return does not meet the conditions (for example, if it has been worn, washed, or damaged), the return will be cancelled. We will email you with the reason why.

In this case, you can choose to have the item:

  • Sent back to you at your original delivery address (postage may apply), or

  • Responsibly disposed of by us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to help resolve the issue. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window (unless faulty)

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing clear signs of wear, washing, or damage
