We can't wait to send a little bit of cosy your way.
All orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). During launches, sales and peak seasonal periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
UK
For UK orders, you can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and are shown at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For eligible destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives.
If duties aren't collected at checkout for your destination, any import taxes or customs charges required by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.
